The Tendring Osteopaths are all registered with the General Osteopathic Council and treatments from male or female therapists are available .Our osteopaths are all experts in body biomechanics and have carried out further training in sports injuries, gait analysis, massage and cranial techniques which are particularly effective for the treatment of babies and children.
On your first visit we will take a case history to get the information we require to give you a diagnosis and devise a management plan for your symptoms. We then assess your posture and we may watch how you walk or get you do carry out some simple movements.
All our findings will be explained and a treatment plan with be put in place which may include home exercises to help with your symptoms.
TREVOR PROUT

Trevor is the director of The Tendring Osteopaths and has been working at Frinton-on-Sea and Harwich since 2005. He also has a successful practice at The Fitness4less Health Club in Colchester where he treats a variety of sports related conditions.
Prior to completing his degree in Osteopathy at The College of Osteopaths Trevor had successfully completed the Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Injury with the Football Association Medical Education Centre. He gained experience working with local football, rugby and running clubs where he was able to use his skills in massage, sports massage, and sports injuries.
Trevor had continued his development as an osteopath completing course in acupuncture, scenar therapy, laser therapy, gait analysis and more recently muscle activation.
This has led him to include modern technology to help assess and treat his clients of all ages. He continues to follow the advances and research on biomechanics and movement. He has a vast experience from seeing the more sporty client to the senior citizens, all of which can be helped with osteopathy.
EMILY GALLONE MSc Osteopathy
My name is Emily. Since qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in 2015 I have been working in Clinics throughout North East Essex. I have been involved with the Neck and Back Scheme treating NHS patients. I have worked with patients suffering from a range of conditions such as shoulder dysfunction, headaches, and degenerative changes. I have a particular interest in pregnancy, with experience working in an Expectant Mothers Clinic in London and have completed two Osteopathic courses for Obstetrics since qualifying. In 2019 I successfully completed the Diploma in paediatric osteopathy and now have a babies and childrens clinic at our Frinton and Clacton clinics I also have additional qualifications in Sports Massage for treatment to help general muscle aches or more specific sports injuries.

Hi I am Austen I joined the Tendring Osteopath after completing the MSc Osteopathy course with the University College of Osteopathy. I am a local man and I am well aware of the conditions which will present at our clinics at Clacton and Frinton.
